Raimon Land pays meticulous attention on sustainability issues, on various projects the following systems are incorporated where possible. The “Condenser water air conditioning system” is installed to reduce electrical consumption. “Recycle grey water” from units are used for landscape irrigation to lower water consumption in common areas. Many of the swimming pool uses “salt water chlorination system” which is better for the skin and the environment than traditional chlorine system. Other environmentally-friendly initiatives that the company is pushing hard to realise on its recent projects are the use of “sustainable timber” (timbers that have been harvested responsibly) rather than rain forest timber and “applying natural ventilation” in corridors and units where ever it is applicable.
