Terms of purchase for each Raimon Land development vary slightly depending on the price point and degree of completion. Typically Raimon Land requires deposit (booking fee + contract signing + installment payments) prior to transfer of the amount 25-40%, with remainder paid upon date of transfer.
Raimon Land has successfully developed a strong reputation with both Thais and international buyers. For some developments such as 185 Rajadamri, the proportion of Thai buyers is high, reaching more than 80%. For other developments with strong foreign appeal, the percentage is closer to 50% / 50%. International buyers come from all around the world, and Raimon Land research of our clients revealed we have owners from 70 countries around the world. Raimon Land believes a good mix of owners is essential for the smooth operation and community spirit within each development.
Raimon Land welcomes international buyers, and some foreign buyers may be eligible for bank financing; however this is between the bank and the customer, and Raimon Land will provide introductions to banks we have worked with in the past who can answer any questions you may have.

Our condominium developments are typically sold to both Thais and foreigners, meaning foreigners can purchase Raimon Land properties in compliance with Thai Law. The Thai Law states that total ownership of condominium units shall not exceed 49% of the 100% of units, so provided the foreigner is purchasing within this allocation then Raimon Land can sell to foreigners.
