RML demonstrates success, ‘Tait Sathorn’ grasps the award of ‘Outstanding ASA Architectural Design 2024’ from the Association of Siamese Architects

RML (Raimon Land Public Company Limited) emphasizes its leadership in luxury and ultra-luxury real estate development for more than 35 years. It recently demonstrated success as ‘Tait Sathorn 12’, the luxury ready-to-move-in condominium in the heart of Sathorn, was granted the award of ‘Outstanding Architectural Design of the Year 2024’ which is the citation award in the category of residential building by The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage at the event of ‘Architect’ 24’.

It features more than 2,000 square meters of common area and is adorned with double-glazed insulated windows with full height curtain walls which can prevent heat from outside better than normal glass walls. The designs with attention to every detail have caused the project to receive an overwhelming response since its launch. It currently achieves a sales rate of 98%.”
