RML Successfully Completes Bond Offering and Prepares for New Issuance
Mr. Sorrapong Mamuang, Chief Financial Officer of RML, is pleased to announce the successful completion of RML’s secured bond offering, featuring an attractive annual interest rate of 7.3%, totaling THB 207 million. The bonds were fully subscribed in a short period during the offering windows of January 14-16 and January 21-23, 2025, underscoring strong investor confidence in RML’s financial stability and strategic growth direction. Following this success, RML is gearing up for a new bond issuance, with subscriptions anticipated to open by the end of March 2025.
Additionally, RML has successfully repaid maturing bonds worth THB 523.4 million, ensuring full principal and interest payments to bondholders in January 2025. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to financial strength, reliability, and transparent business operations, with a consistent track record of meeting financial obligations without default.
