Raimon Land Wins 2 Asia Pacific Property Awards for Zire Wongamat and The Lofts Ekkamai

Company wins two awards with Asia Pacific Property Awards, the only achievement recognized globally across the industry

Zire Wongamat in Pattaya Wins Highly Commended, Condominium Thailand and Lofts Ekkamai wins 5 Star, Best Residential High-rise Development Thailand

Both properties now more than 90% sold

Bangkok, 24 February 2016 - Raimon Land Public Company Limited, one of Thailand’s leading high-end real estate companies, has received two Awards at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016.

Located in Pattaya, Zire Wongamat received the Highly Commended, Condominium Thailand Award. The freehold 54-storey two tower development was completed at the end of 2014 and is located directly on Wongamat Beach, with onsite dining provided by Silver Lining. The Lofts Ekkamai has been awarded 5 Star, Best Residential High-rise Development Thailand. The 28 storey freehold 276 unit development in Bangkok was recently topped off with completion scheduled Q3 2016.

The Awards will be presented on 8 April 2016 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Entries were received from companies across 25 countries in the Asia Pacific region, and top scoring winners will then go forward competing against other regional winners in the 2016-2017 International Property Awards, to find the World’s Best in each category.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. Emirates Airlines is the official airline sponsor of the Asia Pacific Property Awards, now in their 23rd year and part of the International Property Awards - the world’s largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme. 2016 is the first time that Raimon Land has been recognized as a Winner at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
